PDA Sense was founded in PDA Week 2023 as a Facebook blog. Later that year, we began to offer a monthly peer support group in Uckfield. This was provided with the kind generosity of Care for the Carers and Sussex Support Service. In 2024, we formed a charitable association and received funding from Action in Rural Sussex to expand our work. We now run a variety of support groups: face to face, online meetings, and via chat groups. We also offer informal talks to other groups and organisations and will be launching more new initiatives in 2025.
