Regular Meetings
Our regular meetings are peer support groups open to PDA people, their families and carers. Attendees are also invited to join a WhatsApp group for ongoing support and discussions.
These are informal drop-in sessions and are free of charge with no obligation (advance registration is needed for the online sessions).
See below for further details.
- Uckfield Evening Group – Second Wednesday of each month 7pm to 8:30pm
- Online Group – Third Wednesday of each month 7pm to 8:30pm
- Uckfield Lunchtime Group – Fourth Thursday of each month (not school holidays) 12:30pm to 2pm
- Other Locations coming soon
Please note that the meetings are primarily for adults (PDAers and parent/carers). Accompanied children are welcome but we have no childcare facilities or children’s activities. In our experience, many PDA children find it hard to listen to parents talking about them.
Special Events
We occasionally run special events with a guest speaker or a wellbeing activity. Details and registration for these events will be posted on our EventBrite page.
Online Group
Third Wednesday of each month 7pm to 8:30pm via Zoom
Advance registration is necessary for this group to obtain the Zoom meeting details. Otherwise, the group operates as a drop-in session.
Details and registration for these group sessions will be posted on our EventBrite page.
